Our Priest

Father William "Biff" Carpenter joined us in 2019 from the Pittsburgh area.  He is a graduate of Valley Forge Military Academy, The University of Pittsburgh (Psychology, Religious Studies, US History), and Pittsburgh Theological Seminary.  As an ordained priest in the Episcopal Diocese of Pittsburgh, it is his calling to serve not just the church parish, but the Somerset community as well.  He enjoys fishing, reading, and as a former chef of course he still cooks quite a bit.  Feel free to contact him if you have any questions or thoughts about church or your own spiritual development whether or not you are a member:
