Parish Notices for the Week of October 16, 2016
Next week—Ordinary Time: Proper 25, October 23, 10 am Holy Eucharist with coffee hour to follow
We are excited about starting a Children’s Chapel at St Francis. We need adult volunteers to start a rotation as leadership for this ministry. Children and volunteers will be dismissed after the collect of the day and return at the peace for Holy Communion. There is a sign-up sheet in the parish hall for this ministry which we hope will prove to be a benefit to both new and existing families.
If you have not had an opportunity to look at the current directory for any needed updates, please be sure to do so TODAY. It is very helpful for you to include your email address! We need an accurate email list with which to share information. We promise not to send loads of emails to parishioners, just the occasional update/news! Also, if you are on Facebook, please but sure to “like” the St Francis Facebook page as we share news, pictures, and other information there. If you have trouble finding our Facebook page, you can follow a link to it from our webpage—www.stfrancisofsomerset.org.
